Please review the information below to familiarize yourself with B’nB Broker Buyer’s policies and procedures prior to using our services.

Buying Policies

B’nB Broker Buyer adheres to local and state regulations for buying and selling items.

  1. B’nB is not required to purchase or sell your item(s) and reserves the right to refuse any transaction.
  2. Customers selling an item must be of 18 years of age or older with a valid picture ID.
  3. We will not accept certain items, without proof of purchase or original receipt.
  4. If defrauded, we will prosecute to the full extent of the law to recoup any fees, fines, or losses we incur.

Stolen Items


B’nB Broker Buyer never has, and never will knowingly accept stolen property. Our employees are trained to identify the characteristics of questionable merchandise and will contact law enforcement if they have reason to believe someone is attempting to sell us stolen merchandise.

Every piece of merchandise that we accept is reported daily to local and state authorities. If an item in our possession is suspected of being stolen, B’nB Broker Buyer promises to assist authorities on all counts in hopes of returning it to its rightful owner.

30-Day Policy

If an item remains unsold after 30 days, a B’nB Broker Buyer representative will contact the customer to discuss whether they’d like to proceed with selling the item at a discounted price or schedule a time for pick-up of said item.

90-Day Pick Up Policy

In the event we are unable to find a buyer for a brokered item within a reasonable agreed-upon time frame, you will be contacted via phone, email, and/or certified letter with instructions on where to pick up your item.

From that date of notification, you will have 90 days to retrieve your item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting ownership of the item to B’nB Broker Buyer as compensation for safely handling, storing, and protecting the item in our warehouse during its time with us.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with B’nB Broker Buyer!

Unless otherwise stated at time of the sale, customers may return an item for exchange (when possible), refund, or store credit within 7 days of receiving their purchase.

Setting up a Return

Simply contact us with your original order information and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your item.

A customer service representative will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and email you a return address to send your items.

Items must be returned in the same condition of which they originally left our facilities, with manufacturer’s packaging (when applicable), along with the RMA# we provided for you clearly marked on the package.

B’nB Broker Buyer reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.

Non Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted on items marked as clearance or items that are clearly listed in ‘as-is’ condition at the time of sale.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. B’nB will only pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error.

We recommend that customers (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure their package for safe return to B’nB Broker Buyer or declare the full value of the shipment so they are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If a customer chooses not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, he or she will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.


Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund.

Refund amounts are subject to item inspection upon return arrival. Additionally, the shipping and handling paid at the time of sale on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Once we verify all items have been returned in the same condition in which they originally left our facilities with manufacturer’s packaging (when applicable), we will then process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

Refunds will be given as money back via the original payment method. Please allow 7 – 10 business days after processing for your bank to post the credit against your account.

 Items Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service to get a refund on the value, less shipping charges, for the item(s) you have purchased.

Please hold onto the item and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. Carriers may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement. This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item from UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service.
